Private sound healing
A one-on-one session in which Tibetan singing bowls, bells, shells, drums and gentle voice are used to guide the body into deep rest. Held for one, so the vibrations, pacing and intention can be shaped entirely around what you are moving through. That might be an emotional difficulty — such as depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, or a tender sense of self-worth — or a physical challenge, like digestive issues, cardiovascular problems, blood pressure, or persistent physical pain.
Well suited for: Emotional — depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, self-worth · Physical — digestive issues, cardiovascular problems, blood pressure, physical pain · Deep rest & nervous-system regulation

Private yoga
A slow, breath-led practice tailored to your body, your history and the season of life you're in. We move at the speed of the nervous system — soft asana, restorative shapes, and pranayama.
Well suited for: Beginners · Injury recovery · Returning after a pause · Personal deepening
Up to 4 people · 75 min
Small group yoga classes
An intentionally small circle — never more than four — so every body in the room can be seen and adjusted with care. A blend of gentle vinyasa and restorative practice, closing with a short sound relaxation.
Well suited for: Practicing with friends · Consistent weekly rhythm · Small-group intimacy
Up to 8 people · 75 min
Sound baths
Lie down on a mat, wrap up warm, and let the room fill with overtones from Tibetan bowls, bells, shells and drums. A shared journey of stillness for up to eight guests — no experience required, nothing to do but receive.
Well suited for: First-time visitors · Groups of friends · Seasonal ceremonies · Birthday circles
Something else in mind?
Private ceremonies, hen mornings, or a bespoke sound bath in your own space are welcomed on request.
Pricing and studio location are shared on enquiry.

What to expect at a sound bath.
If you've never been to a sound bath before, here is the whole journey from the moment you arrive to the way you might feel as you leave. There is nothing to learn, nothing to get right — and for sound healing in particular, all you need to do is lie on your mat and receive.
- 1
Arrival
Settle in and find your spot.
You're welcomed into the studio a few minutes before we begin. Choose a mat and settle onto it. There's no rush and no small talk required — take your time to land. You're welcome to bring a small pillow if it helps you feel comfortable. A short, gentle grounding helps the body arrive, and then the room settles into stillness.
- 2
During
Lie back and let the sound carry you.
All you need to do is lie on your mat and receive. Tibetan bowls, bells, shells, drums and voice fill the room with overtones that wash over and through the body. Your only task is to breathe and let go — most people drift somewhere between waking and sleeping, and that's exactly the point.
- 3
After
Return gently, softly changed.
I close the session slowly so you can come back at your own pace. You may feel deeply rested, a little floaty, or simply quieter than when you arrived. Some notice a softening of tension they'd been carrying for days; others feel more present and grounded. Take a moment before you head back into the world.
For every sound healing session — whether private or a shared bath — the only instruction is to lie down on your mat, close your eyes, and let the sound do the work. There is nothing else to do but receive.
For first-timers
A few gentle questions, answered.
If it's your first time, this is for you — nothing here needs prior experience.
I've never done this before — is it really for me?
Yes, wholeheartedly. Both the yoga and the sound healing are open to everyone — no experience is needed, and all levels are gently held. If you can lie down and breathe, you're ready.
Do I need to be flexible or 'good at yoga'?
Not at all. Sessions are slow, breath-led and shaped around the bodies in the room. Beginners, returning practitioners and seasoned yogis are all warmly welcomed.
Do I need to bring a mat?
Mats are provided, so you can arrive empty-handed. If you have a mat you love and prefer to practice on your own, you're very welcome to bring it.
What should I bring to a sound bath?
Please bring a blanket (or two) so you can stay cosy and warm as the body settles — the temperature drops quickly once you're still. You're also welcome to bring a small pillow if it helps you settle. Wear something soft and layered.
What actually happens in a sound bath?
You lie down, close your eyes, and let the room fill with the sound of Tibetan bowls, bells, shells, drums and voice. There's nothing to do, nothing to get right — just receive. Most people drift somewhere between waking and sleeping.
How do I book, and how much is it?
Send a note via the contact page with a little about what draws you. Pricing and the studio address are shared on enquiry, tailored to the session you're drawn to.
