About

A life spent in the body.

I come from a movement background. From early on, my body was where I met the world — through dance, through practice, through the small daily rituals of arriving on a studio floor and noticing what was there.

That world taught me, long before I had the words for it, that being in the body is its own kind of intelligence. That listening inward is a skill. That so much of what troubles us softens the moment we stop trying to think our way out of it and simply return — to breath, to sensation, to the quiet ground beneath.

Sound and yoga have become the two languages I now offer that in. They are gentle, and they are deep, and they meet people exactly where they are.

If any of this resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
