A gentle return
to yourself.

Slow, embodied yoga and resonant sound sessions held in the quiet of my home studio — a space to exhale, soften, and be met exactly as you are.

A sound bath in the home studio — guests resting on mats while Michelle stands with a bell beside a row of Tibetan bowls, garden doors open to the trees

"The nervous system doesn't respond to reason. It responds to safety, breath, and sound."

— a note from the practice

What's offered

Four ways to practice, together.

1:1

Private sound healing

A deeply personal session using Tibetan bowls, bells, shells, drums and voice — shaped around emotional difficulties or physical challenges you're moving through.

1:1

Private yoga

A slow, breath-led practice tailored to your body and the season of life you're in.

Up to 4

Small group yoga

Intimate classes for a small circle — gentle vinyasa and restorative practice with room to be seen.

Up to 8

Sound baths

Lie down, close your eyes, and be washed in overtones. A shared journey for up to eight guests.

The why

Rooted in the body's own wisdom.

Sound and breath are two of the oldest tools we have for reaching the vagus nerve — the pathway that quiets the stress response and returns the body to rest.

Every session is shaped around that simple truth: when the nervous system feels safe, healing can begin.
